Fitting Of Vinyl
Fitting any of our products is down to you, unless you have paid for a fitting service. In some cases with our products like side graphics etc you may require them to be fitted by a professional or competent individual as they come in kit form and contain more than one item, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly fitted products or any extra cost this incurs to you to have any product fitted, if you are unsure about fitting any of our products please seek advice first before making a purchase, also see our Product Guarantees, Refunds & Returns Policy as below

Care Of  Products
Care should be taken when maintaining or washing/cleaning your vehicle as Vinyl could scratch easily and could come unstuck, use only a light spray of water to clean the Vinyl and wipe dry with a soft non abrasive cloth, do not use a mechanical car wash, polish buffer or a power washer over the Vinyl or any detergent or polish whatsoever, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by improper care or maintenance of the product supplied.

Telephone Orders
Orders outside the UK will be charged at the current delivery charges for that country & must be paid for when ordering any items, Allow up to 28 days for delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly ordered products it is down to the individual to make sure all details are correct before making a payment for any products purchased,  you must notify us immediately of any incorrectly purchased products either by email or telephone, Any cancelled orders for any reason or incorrectly supplied products due to size/colour/ fitting or that is not the fault of Gemgrafix or

Delivery
All items under £15.00 are sent out by first class post and all other items £15.00 & over are sent by recorded delivery unless otherwise stated or instructed, normal delivery times is (excluding Bank Holidays) 3-7 working days from receipt of payment but please allow up to 28 working days for goods to arrive , Custom made designs that we do not have on file and require set up work due to scanning etc please allow up to 28 working days from receipt of payment, Next day delivery is available at extra cost. However, Gemgrafix  relies upon the services of third party Carriers and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few occasions when the above mentioned fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery Items
All items sent out via recorded/special delivery must require a signature on receipt of delivery, If nobody is present at the time of delivery to sign for the goods royal mail will leave a card/information with the time they tried to delivery the item and information on where to collect the item, Normally this is a local sorting office, your item will be waiting for you and if you do not make a collection within an allocated time they will send the item back to us marked uncollected, if this happens and we need to resend the item back to you we will require a payment of £5.00, we cannot be held responsible for non collection of an items. What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it please allow up to 28 working days for delivery (excluding Bank Holidays), then please don't hesitate to give sales a call on 01202 677424 or e-mail: sales@Gemgrafix.co.uk We will contact the necessary Carriers and call or email you back to let you know what's happening.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on 01202 677424 within 48 Hours of delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order within the 28 day delivery period ,a surcharge will incur, any orders that have been sent out must be returned first unused at cost to you before a refund can be given see below for full terms on our refund policy

Christmas Delivery For Gem grafix

Product Guarantees, Refunds & Returns Policy
Product guarantees are those supplied by the manufacturer of the goods. Gemgrafix.co.uk does not provide additional guarantees on the quality/colours/fitting or life of the products , All products especially sun strips, graphics, number plates, & stickers supplied may result in your vehicle failing an MOT test & is the responsibility of the driver/owner & therefore we cannot be held responsible, All sun strips/graphics/logos have been tested up to speeds of 70mph & excessive speeds of more than this may cause movement /displacement of your sun strip/graphic/logo & therefore we cannot be held responsible,

Show Plates

A number of plates offered for sale on our websites do not meet legal requirements & are therefore intended for 'show use' only and not for road use, we cannot be held responsible for any action taken against you or anyone else.

Road Legal Plates

When Ordering Road legal Plate we require to see a valid drivers licence and the vehicles V5 Log book. these items can be scanned and emailed or fax to us on 01202 677264

Offensive Material

We cannot be held responsible for any products especially stickers/sun strips/logos/wording that may cause offence to you or others, we cannot be held responsible for any action taken against you or anyone else that has purchased any products from ourselves or displays a sticker/sun strip/logo/wwording/door numbers/number plates from Gemgrafix it is the responsibility of the driver/owner to know the law or legality before making a purchase & therefore we cannot be held responsible.

Faulty Goods

Faulty supplied goods may be returned for replacement or a refund. Please note that any cancelled orders for any reason or incorrectly supplied products due to size/colour/ fitting or that is not the fault of Gemgrafix.co.uk  or non-faulty returns might incur a handling charge/fee, You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any faulty/damaged supplied goods. 
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer .

Please send the return unused goods at cost to you in the original packaging with your order number/details clearly marked. All returned items should be sent in suitable packaging & sent by recorded delivery where a signature is required & can be tracked by the sender for added security as we cannot be held responsible for any mislaid items, All items are to be returned to the address at the bottom of this page.
